I think I know the reason, it seems my filesystem is corrupted, and /tty3 to 6 were deleted from /devoh ok... odd.. I'm not sure what it is then.. I've never heard of not being able to open ttys.
Now the problem is creating them again, it seems the y are a "character especial object" i think i can create them with the "mknod" command but i already tried and it keeps givin me the respawning too fast error...
i am going to search the web for "mknod tty creation" or something like that, thanks anyway you people were really helpful
