Either ignore the error message and continue login, or
edit your /etc/hosts file and *add* the line:
127.0.0.1 mightyone {any domain name}.

I had entered this as a bug/FAQ in the Phoebe betas, 
but it's still present. KDE doesn't complain like this, only
Gnome does, when you login as a dhcp client.
