I've got it running on a homemade Athlon XP 1800+ with an ATI AIW 7500 with no problems. I just filed my taxes using Turbo Tax on Win2K running in VMware (VMware didn't get me a refund, though ;o)). I brought the Win2K install from 3.2 on another machine and had to play with the virtual machine's drive settings to get it to run (using the "push a lot of buttons at once" method).
