I don't have any problems... Spanish keyboard: ç, ñ, acute vowels work fine, and so does other key combinations.
To be more specific: people (I, and others I know) who use US keyboards and who in the past have used the "US International" layout to create accented characters do have problems. Hope that makes the explanation clearer.
