redhat-config-network complains that the the driver loaded doesn't match
the driver it's configured with.

I have exactly the same problem, and have not yet figured out a way to convince redhat-config-network to KEEP the eth0/eth1 bindings as I've set them. I'll post a solution when I find one, or check whether 9 has the same problem as 8.0 (hope not).
