Nothing.

The libmad package you were pointed to does neither contain a file
libmad.so.0 nor does it provide the capability libmad.so.0. That
package cannot be used to satisfy the dependencies of the k3b
package you have. 

If you don't find a matching libmad package anywhere, try to get a
precompiled k3b package from some other place. Or rebuild the
src.rpm (if available) or rebuild k3b from tarball.
