Good for you. One customer gets what they feel is good/adequate service. Another customer gets what they feel is poor/shoddy service. Both are right. Should the customer getting poor/shoddy service not complain since the other customer is happy? A while back I called Sony Customer Service in the USA. After going through the touch-tone dance I got a recording saying...."We value your business. All of our representitives are busy. We will handle you call in the order it was received. We expect to service you in 50 minutes." Well, I really wanted to speak with Sony....so I held on. After about 30 or so minutes I got to speak with a real person and got the answer I needed. I didn't get disconnected. I had a good experience with Sony that time....and every other time I called them. Red Hat?
