No, it's the UW license. THere has been long standing issues w/ the UW license, and it's finally came to a head, where Red Hat no longer wishes to deal with it. Of course, this is all part of the trimming down phase, due to cost to maintain a huge package list. If Red Hat had more revenue, they'd be able to keep more packages in the mix.
