the correct permision are
drwx------    2 lp       lp

and within this directory the correct permision are:

drwx------    2 lp       lp           4096 Feb 18 11:48 .
-rw-------    1 lp       lp             68 Feb 18 11:48 lpq
-rw-------    1 lp       lp           5483 Feb 18 11:48 lpq.0
-rw-------    1 lp       lp         865210 Feb 18 11:48 acct
-rwxrwxrwx    1 lp       lp              0 Feb 18 11:48 lock.pr
-rw-------    1 lp       lp           9397 Feb 18 11:48 status.pr
-rw-------    1 lp       lp             54 Feb 18 11:48 control.pr
-rwxrwxrwx    1 lp       lp              5 Feb 18 11:48 unspooler.pr
-rw-------    1 lp       lp          12628 Feb 17 18:56 log
-rw-------    1 lp       lp              0 Nov  8 14:20 status

and try to print with lpr command.
