We can leave the slamming, guessing, and threats to the Slashdot crowd, The best thing I can suggest for now is to simply ignore it. If we start following all the patents and try to plan around them, you won't be able to do much of anything. Heck, you wouldn't even be able to let your kid on a swing if the kid wants to swing side-to-side or around in circles (seriously). There are a lot of lawsuits being filed, and many, if not most, aren't even upheld. Relax, and keep using Linux for your personal enjoyment. .../Ed p.s. I'm not a lawyer either.
