Yes, you were correct.  The package was where you wrote it would be, I
installed it, and now the Package Management tool seems to be working
correctly.

Since you knew this was the problem, could you tell me what you know
about why this package wasn't installed during the standard install I
did two days ago?

Is this a RedHat bug?  Need I wonder if other aspects of the install
process didn't work correctly?
