There is no "comps.rpm" package on disc #1, but there is a
"/mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS/comps-extras-8.0-3.noarch.rpm", and the system
claims this is already installed.

I downloaded the .isos from one of the official Redhat mirrors and
burned the CDs from the isos.
