My cordless Elite Duo on Redhat 8.0 generates valid keycodes for all the
keys.  Except of course the f-lock key, Even the alternate keycodes for
the function keys come out with valid keycodes.

The only thing that didn't work is that the extra thumb button on the mouse
doesn't generate a mouse event.

I wonder if logitech 'updated' the keyboard firmware and changed the
responses.  -- or maybe theres a magic init sequence that X isn't doing right.
