I received the SAME results.. I downloaded the image files from a mirror site.. Checksums are correct, Loads the microkernel, goes to a funky graphic screen, then to text mode. I used the command linux -mediacheck and it goes up to the point of asking to do the instlal from HD, CDROM, Network, etc... but does not function. The drives, HD or CDROM are not being recognized. They are from the Microkernal, but not install... Did you run mediacheck on them? WHen you booted the first one, all you needed to do was hit "enter" and it would go and try to do a gui install. If it fails to load the gui, it should continue in text mode. Since you didn't specify anything at the boot prompt, it will automagically try to install from CD, which you burned all 3 of them correct? Good.
