Did you run mediacheck on them? WHen you booted the first one, all you needed to do was hit "enter" and it would go and try to do a gui install. If it fails to load the gui, it should continue in text mode. Since you didn't specify anything at the boot prompt, it will automagically try to install from CD, which you burned all 3 of them correct? Good.
