Grub and SCSI

Hello,

I have a system with an IDE and a SCSI disk. The SCSI controler does not have a bios.

I have installed grub on the IDE drive.

Now I want to boot a linux kernel image that is on the SCSI disk, but grub doesn't seem to recognize the SCSI disk. Does GRUB need a SCSI bios in order to access the SCSI drive or am I misconfiguring something here??

Thanks, Koos.
