i have a setup where win98 client dials into
my RedHat 8.0 box. But i m unable to ping to the
other SCO Unix 5.05 box (which is on same LAN as that of RedHat 8.0 Server) from win98 machine.
i have tried defaultroute & proxyarp options in /etc/ppp/options.
my ip add. scheme is
RedHat box eth0 - 192.10.10.10 netmask 255.255.255.0
Unix box ethernet - 192.10.10.1 netmask 255.255.255.0
/etc/ppp/options.ttyS1 - 192.10.10.20:192.10.10.30

also, after dial-up connection, my win98 client
shows 192.10.10.30 as the default gateway.
i read all howto n manuals but can't figure out.

kindly help.
thanx.
shrikant.
