How about importing into kmail, then copy the mail to mozilla.
First start kmail. Go to Setting->Configure KMail...
Choose Miscellaneous. Change the option
"By default mail folders on disk are directories ("maildir" format)" to
be "flat files("mbox" format)"
No import the Outlook mail to new folders (the should be mbox now)
No you can copy the new mbox files to mozilla.
(cp ~/Mail/<foo> ~/.mozilla/default/*/Mail/<Local Folders>/ )
Start mozilla mail. The new folders shold be in the LocalFolders account.
No need for Windoze or an IMAP server.
