Nope - those are for everything.  Please go visit: 
http://www.redhat.com/software/linux/technical/
P200 with 64MB is the minimum for text mode.  128MB is the minimum from
graphics, and 192MB is recommended.

Please don't correct other people on the list unless you can verify that
they're wrong.  

If I remember right (and I'm going from my memory here), 7.3 would not
install without at least 64MB either.
