nope,

it does not work yet with linux.

DirecPC is planning to releas a Internet gateway device for more money that
will allow networking, but as of now, you to install software on a windows
machine.

Has anyone used this with linux yet?  Friend has Direct TV and is getting
the internet connection associated with it.  I will be the one helping to
get it setup for linux if possible and not sure if it's supported, or how it
connects to it yet until he tells me.

Anyone had luck with this yet or heard about it?
