Nautilus and smb://

When I type anything like "smb://" (without quotes, of course) in
Nautilus, I get the following error message:

"smb: is not a valid location. Please check the spelling and try again".

I can browse my local network with "smbclient", which means that my
samba is working but not in Nautilus.

Do you have any clue?

Thank you,

Alex.
