I tried all of these steps, but still no dice. One of my frustrations is
not knowing where to find error messages. How do I know what is going
on? For a Linux newbie, how would they know how to diagnose a printing
problem such as this? I'm not a newbie in general, but certainly for
diagnosing printing problems I am.
