Is that 1 or 2 DIMMS now? Have you ran memtest86 on this
system? Ever have any stability problems?

What bus speed are you using? If it's 133/266 try dropping it
to 100/200.

What speed is the memory? What is it running at?
Can you try using the "Safe" settings in BIOS for
the memory?

I have a heavily customized system. It was basicaly
RHL-7.3, and I upgraded to RHL-8.0. But I have
some nonredhat packages on it, I run sawfish,
and some old redhat packages left over (like ee).

Just about an "everything" install, since I build and
play on the box.
