Simplest solution, don't use WEP. It just slows the link
down anyway. There simple scripts to quickly break WEP,
so it doesn't provide any security.

Set the AP to only allow access to the MAC addresses you want
and use VPN or ssh to encrypt the data *before* it gets to
the WiFi card.
