	Uh, you could always pick the individual packages with the pre-selected 
package sets.  Well, at least as far back as I can remember.

	Use the one you are most comfortable with.

	I've done this before.  Just make sure that the compiled kernel is a 
match for the HW you're moving it to.

	There's an app called current which can do this.  Look on freshmeat for it.
