It worked for me right out of the box. Installing the rpm also left the 
apache config file for squirrelmail in /etc/httpd/conf.d/squirrelmail.conf

I simply configured squirrelmail (ran the conf.pl script) to point to the 
correct imap server, pointed a web browser at mywebserver/webmail an it 
just worked.
