Mergedfb is in DRI cvs and both are based on the radeon driver from
xfree86 cvs. I suspect xfree86 cvs may also work. There were some
pretty big tmds fixes that went in a while back (ati's last big code
drop) that may not be in redhat's build.

The binary DRI snapshots on freedesktop.org should work, although, I've
not tried them myself.
http://dri.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/Download
make sure you replace ati_drv, radeon_drv, and XFree86 otherwise you
will get version mismatches.
