mode validation seems to be failing on the second head:

(EE) RADEON(1): Virtual height (0) is too small for the hardware (min 
128)

I'm not sure why as DDC seems to be working on that head as shown by
the EDID data for both monitors.  Try removing the hsync and vrefresh
lines from your monitor sections.  Also, it looks like the version of
4.3 you are using suffers from the cursor bug.  you will have to use
swcursor or upgrade to a newer version of X.

You might want to try the DRI snapshots if you are not comfortable
building X from source:
http://dri.sourceforge.net/snapshots/
(if you do try them, make sure to grab the XFree86 package from the
extras directory).

They contain all the recent fixes.  Try adding
option "monitorlayout" "crt, crt"

if you are using dri or xfree86 cvs.
