Thanks for the help.  I did per the suggestions received:  added the
BusID line in each dev section and added the "Xinerama" option to the
"ServerFlags" section.  Still no luck.  Tried to upgrade XFree86 but
that majorly wedged my system and I had to back that off.  

I've attached the log file and have included my updated config.  Thanks
