add the busid of the card to each device section.
e.g. for a AGP card:
BusID  "PCI:1:0:0"

Also the stock 4.3.0 that came with rh9 has a bug it it that cause the
second head to turn off when the mouse entered it.  there are fixes in
rawhide, but you can also use cvs.  cvs also contains many fixes for
ddc  and indirectly dualhead.

if you are still having problems send your log.
