I haven't done any i8x0 driver updates yet. Basically I'm going through XFree86 CVS commits one at a time and isolating bug fixes that are obvious no-brainer "good fixes", and including them, and other slightly more experiemental ones I'm "testing" with the possibility of reverting them if feedback shows regression. So far, it's been all good news with 4.3.0-5. 4.3.0-6 includes a bit more experimentation, but no regressions reported yet so it looks good too. I'll be continuing to update it over the next few weeks though, so many other drivers will likely get updated too. -- Mike A.
