Simple solution: Upgrade to Red Hat Linux 9 when it is released
later this week.  It will be available for download on March 31st
via Red Hat Network for paid subscribers, and will be available 
in stores and downloadable via ftp a week later.

Alternatively you can compile the DRM kernel modules yourself to 
work with Red Hat Linux 8.0.
