That's much better. ;o)

Now if we can get you to disable HTML email also, we're all set.
;o)

Don't use "XFree86 -configure". The supported and recommended
way of configuring XFree86 in Red Hat Linux, is to use:

redhat-config-xfree86

or

redhat-config-xfree86 --reconfig

The --help commandline option will display other options also.

The font server isn't in the fontpath above.

That's not the best mouse configuration in the world.

There are no monitor settings present, ie: invalid configuration

Radeon hardware should use the "radeon" driver.

None of the above color depths contain any "Modes" entries. As a
result the X server wont start up because it hasn't been told a
DefaultDepth to use, nor what resolution and color depth.

Configure X? ;o)

Sorry, hope you've got a good sense of humor, that was an easy
joke that I couldn't pass up. ;o)

Seriously though, we provide our own X configuration tool in
order to simplify X configuration and make these types of
problems not happen. All users are best off using our own
configuration tool, and reporting bugs to us in bugzilla about it
if it does not work properly.

redhat-config-xfree86 --reconfig

That should do the job for you.

Hope this helps.
