First, try using Red Hat's configuration tool "redhat-config-xfree86".  

If that doesn't work then check to see what the chip is using
"/sbin/lspci -vv" and reading the information in
"/var/log/XFree86.0.log".  Find out what the chip is exactly and then
post that info here.

You could also take a look at the documentation pages at www.xfree86.org 
and see what they say about that card and which module is supposed to be 
loaded for it.
