Hey everyone, I had experienced this problem alot and i tried to overcome it , but i never succeeded , Anyway the problem is that when i switch to Console by for example ctrl+alt+f1.. from X and specificly from kde desktop for many successive times , i sometimes try to return to the graphical console ctrl+alt+f7 but i dont find the desktop anymore , what i find is the X auth (X --auth) and nearly everything was working on the desktop (forexample xmms) is still working , Thanks for your co-operation.
