You haven't stated any useful information.  Looking at the above 
info, all I could say is "well, it works fine for me".  You need 
to specify much greater details of your system, video hardware, 
configuration, etc. in order for anyone to be able to provide a 
useful answer.

In lieu of that though, Red Hat Linux 7.0 is very ancient, as is
XFree86 4.0.1 included with it (and 3.3.6).  I strongly suggest
updating to Red Hat Linux 8.0 or 7.3 minimum for all around
better XFree86 support.  If that is not possible, at least update 
your Red Hat Linux 7.0 system to the latest erratum that has been 
released for that platform.
