Hm, interesting.  I have around three Athlons with different CPUs which
show up "6,2,2", "6,4,2" and "6,4,4" and I do not recall seeing lockups
of a described kind (once BIOS was set to sane values - all of them VIA
boards).  Sounds like not all Athlons are created equal.
