I knew I would get some flamy follow ups like this from pests like you, didn't I tell you not to send any follow ups??

here are my answers to your question:

1. I did read the documentation, but briefly, so what? Not everyone is patient enough to read the manuals all the time.  Yes at times, I have such patiences, but just not at the moment I asked the question.

2.I am not paying any money for this support.  I doubt anyone posts here does. It's a forum for exchange questions and helping each other for christ sake... If you feel that you will only answer question if you get paid, it's fine, I'm _NOT_  forcing you to answer my qustions.

3. Maybe I have been doing research before/after the posts, it's just that I was hoping I might get a quick answer in case my research on my own failed? Have you not tried something like this before?

peace out please, for christ sake, don't make us software engineers/techies look BAD than it already seems.  BE OPEN AND HELPFUL TO OTHER PEOPLE, NO QUESTION IS STUPID.

You have the gall, the absolute gall, to ask a question here because
you're too lazy to read the documentation you have at hand

How much money are you paying for this support?

How much money do you think we're being paid to provide this free
support?

The first thing to do in solving a problem is to read the documentation.
It happens, you'd have had the answer hours ago had you tried that, and
done so without making yourself a pest.

However, when I tried to install prog.rpm again, it says the package is already installed. what should I do to in! stall the prog.rpm??
