qt and qt-devel for redhat 9

redhat workstation WS version 3 


well I am finding that I am unable to install qt-devel because the version is
out of sync with the installed qt version.  How can I find a qt-devel for
redhat 9 that matches my installed qt versino 3.1.2-13.4 please?

looks like up2date is attempting to install qt-devel 3.1.1-6

but for some reason qt version 3.1.2-13.4 is installed - from which seems like
a redhat build.
