kernel stack dump - Alt-Sysreq-T

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

hi..

i have a question.... i have a linux host that
is experiencing problems with an ISV software; i think
it is in a bad condition, strace and ltrace does not
run gives a "operation not permit" ...

our developer wants me to do an Alt-Sysreq-T, but
unfortunately I am unable to since the hosts are in a remote
DC ... and I am working from home or in another office...

is there an alternate way of getting a kernel stack dump
on AS 2.1 without having physical console access? Terminal
Console server did not work either ....

thanks in advance,

- a.
