It's powered up and the battery goes through the self-check fine. When I try to launch the monitor software, however, it displays nothing about the UPS device. It says that it has established a connection from the computer to the UPS, but no information about the device -- voltage or anything shows up -- and it doesn't show anything about the host either. The computer which is hooked up to the UPS is set up as a master. I'm not sure if I've missed a step or if there is a configuration problem.
