There are two reason of this error:

1) Make sure that username/password supplied is
correct. Double check both username and password. Try
changing the password as you might entered wrong
password hile creating the user.

or 

2) Make sure that you entered full email addres in
your MUA while checking the mail for that pop account.

you might have to verify that setting in your MUA are:

your incoming server: mail.advcomm.net
protocol:  pop3
username: rizwan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Please make sure that  you have entered full email
address not just user name.
