I am getting this error, what should i need to do to resolve it?

You should stop worrying about sendmail, first of all. I've taken the liberty of changing the subject line to try to get other people's attention, since this is emphatically NOT a sendmail error. Rather, it is an error with your POP3 server which is a different program.

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected.
Account: 'D. advcomm.net', Server: 'mail.advcomm.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR POP3 Server Abnormal Shutdown: Already one POP session for
this user!', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error
Number: 0x800CCC92

You should also supply LOTS more information. To wit:

* Which operating system are you using? "cat /etc/redhat-release" to find out.

* Which POP3 server are you using? If you don't know, "rpm -qa | egrep '(pop|imap)'" should work; note that the single quotes are part of the command while the double quotes are not.

* At the time when you get this error, what do /var/log/secure, /var/log/maillog, and /var/log/messages show?

* Have you searched Google and the list archives for "pop3 server abnormal shutdown"? If so, what did you get? If not, do that first then ask again.

Cheers,
