It's quite simple.  Just install the RPM, edit the /etc/apt/sources.list
or /etc/apt/sources.list.d/* files (optional), and run "apt-get
update".  You should be ok to install/upgrade/etc at that point.

If you're having problems outside of this, you should detail your
issues.
