Go fish. I could install it from CPAN, but then it wouldn't be in the RPM database, and would still break the apt4rpm install unless I --force it, which I really don't want to do. # rpm -ivh perl-XML-LibXML-1.53-1.i586.rpm error: Failed dependencies: perl-XML-SAX is needed by perl-XML-LibXML-1.53-1 perl-XML-LibXML-Common is needed by perl-XML-LibXML-1.53-1 I know, that's probably the wrong one, but it was the only one I could find. The project degenerated from there into "unable to find..." errors in the bowels of perl, and I decided to quit before I made a mess that I couldn't clean up. I've already got rpm's that won't install because they are already installed, and won't uninstall because they aren't installed. -- Carl Brown Whitefield, NH USA ----- -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
