I got the correct response. The link took me to the redirect page and then to your php page. Did you clear your browser cache? I forget that one all the time!

Everyone (unanimously) suggested that I clear out my browser's cache. I'm happy to report that I had already done so repeatedly prior to posting, and from your responses I did some more checking. It turned out that my !#@!%! Internet Service Provider is running a transparent proxy with a "don't-refresh-within-an-hour" directive. Sigh...
