Maybe you are not asking the question the correct way?

[]$ host  137.46.167.200.bl.spamcop.net
137.46.167.200.bl.spamcop.net has address 127.0.0.2

200.167.46.137 is in the spamcop list

[]$ host  4.3.2.1.bl.spamcop.net
Host 4.3.2.1.bl.spamcop.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

1.2.3.4 is not in the spamcop list
