You've got a couple of choices:

SSH Communitation Security (http://www.ssh.com/products/), Windows SSH/SCP
GUI - Commercial F-Secure (http://www.f-secure.com/products/ssh/), Windows SSH-SCP GUI -
Commercial PuTTY (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/), WIndows
console-based SSH - Free
WinSCP (http://winscp.sourceforge.net/eng/), Windows SCP/SFTP GUI - Free

Cheers!

There's also the VanDyke products, SecureCRT (SSH) and SecureFX (SFTP). I've been using SecureCRT for about 4 years now, and SecureFX for about 2, and am very satisfied.
