  I'm also getting a RH 9 box ready for daily use. I tried various

   I finally found:

 (you'll need both rpms)

  RealPlayer8-8.0.3.412-6.i386.rpm   
  RealPlayer8-plugin-8.0.3.412-6.i386.rpm

which work like a charm....
