I am using Red Hat 9 {i386} and have the latest kernel. {2.4.20-20.9} This computer is slated to be a web server and DNS so I’d rather use both of these integrated cards. Does anyone else use this configuration? How can you get Linux to recognize this NIC?

Check the hardware compatibility list. The NVIDIA nic may not be listed.
If it isn't, find out what chipset it uses. You ***MIGHT*** be able to
get drivers based on the chipset. Its much less hassle (and not too
expensive) to get a supported card and replace the nvidia card.
